The honest summary: this website stores a cookie to remember which language you prefer to read in, and uses third-party tools to understand how people use the page and to measure the results of Bizu's ads. One of them records how the page is used, including cursor movement and clicks, to show where the site confuses visitors. None of it identifies you by name, and none of it is sold. The table below lists everything, one by one, and section 5 explains how to opt out.
One important point, because it is the question that usually comes next: this applies to the bizu.ai website, not to the Bizu platform. What the platform does with customers' conversations is a separate matter, covered in the Privacy Policy and on the LGPD page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember something between one page and the next. They may be strictly necessary, functional, for audience measurement or for advertising.

The language cookie is set by the website itself and stores only the language code. Everything else arrives through Google Tag Manager and belongs to third parties: Google, Microsoft and TikTok, each with its own privacy policy. Bizu also keeps the Meta pixel installed, which may set a cookie when active.
Audience measurement is aggregated and is not used to identify you by name. Google Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address. The advertising cookies exist so Bizu can tell whether the money spent on ads brings in customers, and the platforms may use them to show Bizu ads to people who have already visited the site. The legal basis for measurement is legitimate interest, under article 7, item IX, of the LGPD.
Microsoft Clarity records interaction with the page, which includes cursor movement, scrolling and clicks. It is used to find the point where the page is confusing, not to watch you. Form fields and typed content are masked by the tool itself.
3. What this website does not do
- Sell or share your browsing data with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Identify you by name based on your browsing on this site.
- Let the measurement tools record what you type into form fields. What you submit in the scheduling form goes only to Bizu, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Use anything from this page to feed the Bizu platform or any customer's account.
If you would rather stay out of measurement and advertising, the next section explains how.
4. Server logs
Regardless of cookies, the server delivering the site records technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser and time. This is inherent to how the web works and serves security and diagnostics. See the Privacy Policy.
5. How to control it
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the language cookie, the site keeps working normally: it will simply open in the default language on every visit.
6. If this changes
If this website starts using advertising cookies, social network pixels or any cross-site tracking, this page will be updated before the tool goes live, and a consent request will then exist, because at that point the legal basis stops being legitimate interest.
