Terms of Use

The terms for using the bizu.ai website: what this site is, what it is not, what you may do here and how these terms relate to an existing client agreement.

Effective since August 2, 2026

This is an informative translation. The Portuguese version is the legally binding one.

These terms govern access to and use of the bizu.ai website, operated by Bizu Tecnologia Inova Simples (I.S.), registered under Brazilian taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 55.122.784/0001-12, based at Av. Advogado Horácio Raccanello Filho, 5145, Edifício AV Business Center, Floor 4, Tower 01, Suite 604, Zona 07, Maringá-PR, Brazil, ZIP 87.020-035. By browsing here, you agree to them.

1. What this document covers

These terms apply to the bizu.ai website and the public pages linked to it. Use of the Bizu platform by a contracting company is governed by the licence agreement signed between the parties, not by this document.

If you are a client and there is any conflict between these terms and your agreement, the agreement prevails.

2. Who may use it

The website is openly accessible and intended for people over 18, in a professional context. Bizu sells to companies and does not direct its product or its communication to children or teenagers.

3. The website is informative

The content published here describes the product, its features and its commercial proposition. It is informative in nature and does not in itself constitute a binding offer, a formal proposal or a guarantee of results. Price, scope and contracting terms are those set out in the proposal and in the signed agreement.

Screens, examples and figures shown on the site illustrate how the product works. Results depend on each company's operation, on conversation volume and on how the team uses the tool.

4. Account, trial and contracting

The sign-up and log-in buttons lead to the Bizu application at app.bizu.ai, which operates under its own terms. By creating an account, you state that you have authority to represent the company you name, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out with them.

Notify Bizu immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Intellectual property

The Bizu platform, the website, the code, the design, the brand, the logos, the texts and the documentation are owned by Bizu and protected by intellectual property law.

You may read, quote and share the public content of this site with attribution. You may not reproduce it in full on another domain, use the brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist, or exploit it commercially without written permission.

6. What is not allowed

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the platform or the infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, copying or deriving work from the website or platform code.
  • Using automated scraping, bots or any means that overloads the infrastructure or collects content in bulk.
  • Publishing or transmitting, through a Bizu channel, unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Using the Bizu.ai brand in a domain, advertisement or material that misleads third parties.

7. Availability and liability

Bizu makes an effort to keep the site online and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. The site may go offline for maintenance, and content may change at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Bizu is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the website. This limitation does not affect rights set out in a signed agreement or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Third-party links and services

Where a link to a third-party service exists, that service's content and practices are its own responsibility. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policy of each destination.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you agree to the new version.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the District of Maringá, Paraná, Brazil, are elected to settle disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.
